Concrete Maintenance

- Recommended for driveways, sidewalks, and patios once every one to two years.
Sparkle sealant to increase shine, enhance rock’s natural color, and protect from sun and water damage.
- Recommended for exposed aggregate or colored concrete yearly.
Joint caulking to prevent water from seeping into joint, greatly reducing the possibility of cracking or heaving.
- Recommended for concrete joints along existing buildings, garage floors, patios, and sidewalks.
- Also recommended for old concrete joints that have already cracked down the center.
Small/minor concrete patchwork and repairs such as cracks in sidewalk panel, block foundation, surface popping, etc.
All sealing, caulking and repair jobs include a thorough cleaning with a power washer and/or wire brush to insure maximum quality of work.
